About Me
I help leaders and founders navigate complexity, build confidence, and sharpen their thinking particularly at moments of growth, transition, or pressure.
I do this through my two passions: executive coaching and brand consultancy. My clients benefit from a trusted thinking partner who combines psychological insight with extensive commercial understanding, who has firsthand experience of leading in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Before becoming a professional coach and brand advisor, I spent 15 years in board-level roles as a Marketing and Creative Director across global consumer brands and organisations including The Watches of Switzerland Group, Signet Jewelers PLC, Radley London and Links of London. In these C-suite roles, I led major transformation, brand repositioning and international expansion initiatives, and built and enabled high-performing teams across diverse markets.
Earlier in my career, I founded and led my own brand with an initial investment from Dragon’s Den, an experience that gave me a lasting appreciation of the realities of entrepreneurship, decision-making under uncertainty, and the personal demands placed on founders. This continues to shape my commitment to supporting other female founders as they build confidence and momentum.
I work with clients across sectors including professional services, fashion, tech, education, not-for-profit and the consumer sector, supporting them through change.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, she draws on behavioural, cognitive, psychodynamic and motivational approaches, creating a non-directive coaching partnership that balances challenge with support. My specialist areas include leadership performance and development, effective communication, personal brand and vision, and career transitions.
An ADHD-trained and neuro-inclusive coach (ADDCA), I also supports neurodiverse individuals to build on their strengths and develop practical strategies for focus, time management, emotional regulation and wellbeing. I work with both late diagnosed leaders and young adults.
Warm, pragmatic and supportively challenging, I coach the whole person recognising that performance and wellbeing are deeply connected. My work helps clients lead more authentically, adapt more confidently, and navigate the demands of modern leadership and entrepreneurship with resilience and clarity.

The Experience Behind the Work…
I grew up in London in an environment that balanced discipline and creativity. My father was a dedicated meditator and martial arts instructor, which sparked an early curiosity about the mind, emotional regulation and human behaviour. On the other side of my family, my maternal grandfather worked as a photographer and war correspondent, shaping an appreciation for storytelling, perspective and resilience.
My career began creatively, studying design at the University of the Arts London before completing a Master’s at the Royal College of Art. Shortly afterwards, she founded her first business from a garage in my father’s back garden, with no funding and no formal business training. What followed was a steep learning curve in leadership, self-belief and decision-making under pressure.
That early venture gained global attention when I received investment on the first series of Dragon’s Den on BBC Television. I went on to build an internationally stocked jewellery brand, was shortlisted for Jeweller of the Year two years running, and experienced both the exhilaration and the strain of growing a business from the ground up.
After exiting my own company, I moved into senior corporate leadership, serving in board-level roles within established British consumer brands and the world’s two largest jewellery and watch retailers. Working across multiple markets and cultures deepened my understanding of organisational dynamics, change, and the human impact of leadership decisions.
Over time, I was drawn towards coaching, not as a departure from leadership, but as a continuation of it. I trained at Henley Business School, completing a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioural Change.
Today, I work both as an executive coach and brand advisor, supporting leaders and founders through moments of growth, transition and complexity. My work is shaped by lived experience of building, leading, failing, adapting and starting again. It is grounded in the belief that clarity, self-awareness and resilience are the foundations of sustainable leadership.
Alongside coaching, I continue to advise businesses on brand and strategic direction at different stages of their journey.
Outside of coaching and consulting, I’m a long-standing mindfulness practitioner, an advanced scuba diver and a keen runner. I also volunteer with youth entrepreneurship charities. These activities help me stay grounded, maintain perspective and give back to the business and creative communities I care about.
