Why Work With Me?
I help C-suite and new-to-C-suite leaders, as well as founders and MDs of independent SMEs, navigate the challenges of leadership, build confidence, and step into their full potential with sharper thinking.
I do this by combining two passions: Executive Coaching and Brand & Marketing Leadership. My clients benefit from both a trusted thinking partner and a commercially experienced advisor who understands the realities of growth and transformation.
With over 10 years of board-level experience in retail, luxury, and consumer goods, I have led international growth, omni-channel expansion, and brand turnarounds. I know what it takes to deliver results, grow teams, and transform brands in complex, high-pressure environments.
As an accredited Executive Coach, I bring this experience into the coaching space, helping leaders to cut through complexity, make confident decisions, and unlock new ways of leading. My approach blends neuroscience, psychology, and ADHD-specific insights with commercial acumen, offering support that is both deeply human and strategically focused.
I don’t just talk about leadership, I’ve lived it.
Now, I bring that real-world experience to my coaching, helping leaders translate ambition into clarity, resilience, and results.

Elizabeth’s Story…
Elizabeth was raised in Richmond, Surrey, in an environment that nurtured both discipline and creativity. Her father, a dedicated meditator and martial arts instructor, played a pivotal role in shaping her deep curiosity about the human mind and interpersonal dynamics. At the same time, her maternal grandfather, a creative entrepreneur, worked as a photographer and war correspondent for TIME magazine and Warner Bros., instilling in her an appreciation for storytelling, resilience, and innovation.
Elizabeth’s academic journey began with a Postgraduate degree in Design from the University of the Arts, London, followed by a Master’s in Design from the prestigious Royal College of Art. Her career took off when she founded her own successful jewellery brand, which gained global recognition after receiving investment on the first series of Dragon’s Den on BBC Television. She has navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship, experiencing firsthand the challenges and triumphs of building a brand from the ground up.
Leveraging her entrepreneurial expertise, Elizabeth transitioned into corporate leadership, serving on the boards of renowned British brands and retailers, guiding them through pivotal moments of change. Her global leadership experience exposed her to diverse teams, cultures, and organisational challenges, shaping her broad and open-minded approach to business and people development.
Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, Elizabeth pursued a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching for Behavioral Change from the triple-accredited Henley Business School. Now, as an executive coach, she supports leaders and entrepreneurs to realise their full potential, supporting them through critical transitions, decision-making, and leadership challenges.
Alongside her coaching practice, Elizabeth provides strategic brand consultancy to PLC’s, SMEs and start-ups to accelerate growth.
Outside of coaching and consulting, Elizabeth is a long-standing mindfulness practitioner, an advanced scuba diver and a keen runner. She also volunteers with youth entrepreneurship charities. These activities help her stay grounded, maintain perspective and give back to the business and creative communities she cares about.
