Executive Coaching

What Can Executive Coaching Offer?

I support senior leaders and SME founders to sharpen their thinking, lead with confidence, and navigate complexity, particularly during periods of growth, transition, or heightened pressure.

As an ICF-accredited Executive Coach with a background in senior commercial and brand leadership, I provide a structured, confidential and non-judgmental space to help you build self-awareness, think more clearly, and make sound decisions in demanding roles.

Alongside coaching, I also offer mentoring for founders, drawing on first-hand experience of building and scaling a business. This brings a practical, commercial lens to our work together balancing reflection with real-world leadership insight.

Clients often come to coaching at pivotal moments: stepping into a more senior role, leading through change, managing increased complexity, or reassessing direction at a career crossroads. Our work supports both professional growth and the perspective needed to lead well under pressure.

Who I Work With

I typically work with:

  • Senior managers and directors progressing into, or operating at, executive and C-suite level.

  • SME Founders building, or scaling businesses who value both reflective coaching and practical insight.

What Can You Expect?

Clients often come to coaching because they are:

  • At a career or business crossroads

  • Feeling stretched, stuck or overwhelmed

  • Navigating complex organisational or stakeholder dynamics

  • Carrying the responsibility of leadership largely alone

  • Balancing the demands of building a business with personal wellbeing

Through coaching, clients typically experience:

  • Clearer thinking and stronger decision-making

  • Reduced overwhelm and greater emotional resilience

  • Increased confidence, presence and self-belief

  • Greater clarity on priorities, values and direction

  • Practical strategies for navigating uncertainty, change and growth

For founders, mentoring can also support:

  • Early strategic decision-making

  • Confidence in leadership identity

  • Perspective during moments of doubt or isolation.

Unlock Your Full Potential

We tend to think about coaching being about helping people achieve their goals. While this is the reason most people come to coaching, what often emerges in the coaching are deeper concerns which go beyond the contingent goals, questions about how we reconnect to ourselves and what’s truly important amid the pressure to be busy and perform.

In that sense, coaching becomes a space for people to step back from their everyday lives with its challenges and demands, and to reflect on who they are and what matters to them.

Ways to work together:

Coaching is tailored to individual needs through regular in-person or virtual sessions, and is available in tailored packages. Please get in touch for prices.

Frequently Asked Question’s

  • Coaching is a conversation, or a series of conversations with the aim of helping people learn, grow, and fulfill their potential. Coaching enables people to tap into their own wisdom  to help them achieve their goals, improve their performance, gain clarity, become more self aware of others, and to develop self-responsibility. It is a developmental dialogue between coach and client, using skilful questioning.

  • Elizabeth’s clients come from all walks of life – some lead large teams, some are entrepreneurs running their own businesses, and some are between paid roles right now. What they all share is a sense that they want to make a change and have a desire to make it happen.

  • The process begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, providing an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and explore how they might work together. This initial conversation allows for an assessment of the potential to build a meaningful partnership and establish a strong foundation for working toward the your goals.

The first session builds on this discussion, delving deeper into your aims and objectives for the partnership and how Elizabeth can support you in facilitating change. She asks questions such as, "What has brought you to this point?" and "What is important to you now?" to gain a deeper understanding of your situation and future ambitions.

  • Everyone is unique, with different goals and needs, and coaching is tailored to each individual.

For that reason, Elizabeth offers a range of packages to accommodate various needs. The most popular package includes six 60-minute sessions, conducted online, face-to-face (where this can be accommodated), or as a hybrid of the two. Sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times and at a frequency that suits you, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. All packages include the opportunity to contact Elizabeth between sessions via WhatsApp or by arranging short check-ins.

  • One-to-one sessions take place online, face-to-face (using Zoom), or as a walk-and-talk in Richmond Park, Surrey. Virtual sessions typically last 60 minutes, or 90 minutes, while walk-and-talk sessions can extend to two hours.

  • Elizabeth is a member of the ICF and EMCC, her practice aligns to their strict code of ethics.

She will provide you with a coaching agreement that covers topics such as confidentiality and practical considerations such as payment, session length, scheduling and ways of working.

Elizabeth encourages you to seek support from your line manager, peers, team, or HR business partner or sponsor, if appropriate.
